- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- optional: red pepper flakes for spice
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips, season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes, cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute cooked chicken onto each.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped parsley on top of chicken.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Heat in the skillet or oven until the cheese melts and wraps are golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
