Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- In a bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, and garlic mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, then add chopped parsley.
- Roll up tortillas tightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
