- 1 pound ground beef or burger patties
- 1 package puff pastry or crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and cook garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Roll out puff pastry dough and cut into even squares.
- Sear burger patties until cooked through, then chop into small pieces.
- Place a spoonful of cooked burger, cheese, and a drizzle of garlic butter on each pastry square.
- Fold and roll the pastry to enclose the filling, sealing the edges.
- Arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

- You can substitute ground beef with turkey or veggie patties for variation.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking.
