Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking apart as it cooks.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar; cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.
- Combine beef mixture with cooked spaghetti; toss well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
