Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup hot honey (or honey with hot sauce)
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust for heat)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by seasoning your chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Let sit for a few minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Reduce heat to low and pour in hot honey. Stir to combine and simmer gently.
- Add crumbled feta cheese to the skillet and stir until it begins to melt, creating a creamy, spicy sauce.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it thoroughly with the feta glaze. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through and fully coated.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of chili flakes based on your spice preference.
- Use chicken thighs for juicier, more flavorful meat.
- Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
