- 1 prepared pizza dough
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 lemons sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread lemon juice evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the lemon juice.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped herbs over the entire pizza.
- Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
