- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with extra lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, add a light coating of panko bread crumbs before cooking.
- Adjust lemon juice and zest to taste for more or less citrus flavor.
