- 16 sausage links (pork or chicken)
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Unfold the puff pastry sheets and cut into 4-inch strips.
- Wrap each sausage link with a strip of puff pastry, sealing the edges.
- Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a shiny finish. Add sesame seeds or herbs if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

- Ensure sausage links are cooked thoroughly before wrapping if using raw sausages.
- You can add cheese or spices inside the pastry for variation.
