Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Mix coconut milk, lime juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken or serve whole, garnished with cilantro and lime slices.
