- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over it.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken and set aside. To make gravy, whisk flour into heavy cream and pour into the slow cooker juices.
- Cook on high for 10-15 minutes until gravy thickens.
- Serve chicken topped with gravy and garnish with fresh parsley.
