- 1/3 cup hot honey
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or basil)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken breasts with the seasoned oil mixture.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- During the last 2 minutes, drizzle hot honey over the chicken.
- Remove from grill and top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Adjust honey quantity for desired sweetness and spiciness.
- Can be baked in the oven if preferred; bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
