- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Additional Oreo crumbs and strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos with a little melted butter and press into the bottom of each cup to form the base.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Scoop or pipe the cheesecake filling over the Oreo base.
- Top with chopped strawberries and additional Oreo crumbs.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute strawberries with blueberries or raspberries for variation.
- Use full-fat cream cheese for richer flavor.
