- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in butter and chicken broth; simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
- Mix in cooked tortellini and grated Parmesan cheese; toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

- For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables.
