- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200g cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
Instructions
- Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well to combine.
- Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
