  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced into strips
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced beef, bell peppers, onions, and garlic into the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
