Instructions
- Place sliced carrots into the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the glaze over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until carrots are tender and glaze is caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar as desired.
- You can add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra warmth.
