- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- Adjust spices to taste for a milder or spicier flavor.
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
