- 200g spaghetti or your favorite pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and top with grated Parmesan and basil.
- Serve immediately garnished with extra herbs if desired.
Mix in cooked pasta and toss to combine.
Notes
- You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Pasta water can be reserved to loosen the sauce if needed.
