Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until beef is glazed.
- Serve beef over cooked rice in bowls.
- Top with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, cilantro, and optional cucumber slices.

- You can add pickled vegetables for extra flavor.
