- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, and basil. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve garnished with additional Parmesan and basil.

- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free tortellini.
- Add cooked chicken or shrimp for added protein.
