- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook sliced chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variation.
- Add a dash of sriracha for spicy kick.
