- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Stir in spices and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, stir to combine, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.

- For a healthier version, use skinless chicken and low-fat cream.
