- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 pre-made pizza dough or crust
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Spread the pizza dough evenly on the sheet pan.
- Cook the ground beef or turkey over medium-high heat until browned, then stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the cooked meat evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the meat.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives (if using), and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve immediately.

- Feel free to customize toppings with jalapeños, onions, or sour cream for extra flavor.
- For a healthier option, use lean ground turkey and reduce cheese quantity.
