- 1 lb shredded cooked chicken or beef
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded meat, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot directly from the pot or dish.

- You can substitute shredded beef or pork for chicken.
- Add diced tomatoes or jalapenos for extra flavor and heat.
