Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin, even strips and season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or air fryer and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Add minced garlic in the last 2 minutes.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread cooked chicken evenly on each tortilla and sprinkle generously with shredded cheese. Add optional veggies if desired.
- Warm the assembled wraps in a skillet or oven until the cheese melts and the tortillas are crispy. Fold or roll the wraps for serving.
