Instructions
- Cook spiral pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened.
- Add shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Combine cooked pasta with cheese sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs and cheese crackers.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
