- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, eggs, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- Transfer baked meatballs to a skillet with marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- Serve with spaghetti or crusty bread for a complete meal.
