Instructions

- Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned and crumbled.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Stir in soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes if using, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
