  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pork, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until browned.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes to the meat mixture. For a low-carb option, serve with zucchini noodles instead of pasta.
