Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Gradually add oil and vanilla, mixing well.
