- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening gravy)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme; pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Optional: For a thicker gravy, transfer sauce to a saucepan, bring to a boil, add cornstarch mixed with water, and cook until thickened.

- Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
