Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Increase heat and add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in mashed pumpkin and crushed tomatoes.
- Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over cooked pasta or grains and garnish with fresh herbs.
