Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer cooked chicken and vegetables. Spread sour cream mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.
