- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove potatoes from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, paprika, salt, and pepper, cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through.
- Return crispy potatoes to the skillet and toss to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
