- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked egg noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until translucent.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Lower heat and stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of sour cream.
- Adjust salt and pepper according to taste.
- You can add a splash of white wine during cooking for extra depth.
