- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with the herb mixture.
- Arrange zucchini slices around the chicken and top with cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese or kalamata olives before baking. Adjust seasoning to taste.
