- 2 cups cooked penne pasta
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, then stir in grated parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- Add red pepper flakes for a hint of spice.
