- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
- Add garlic, turmeric, and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add shredded chicken, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
You can add a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor. Use homemade or store-bought cooked chicken to save time. For added nutrition, include spinach or kale during the last few minutes of cooking.
