- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add gnocchi and cook until they are golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, squeeze lemon slices over the dish, and toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and additional lemon if desired. Serve warm.
