  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bites
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet along with the drained pasta. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
