- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bites
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet along with the drained pasta. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add crushed red pepper flakes for spice.
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
