- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp garlic butter, divided
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry or bread dough
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool.
- Roll out puff pastry or bread dough into a rectangle and spread 1 tbsp garlic butter over the surface.
- Distribute the cooked beef evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Roll up tightly, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Feel free to add sliced onions or pickles inside for extra flavor.
