Instructions
- Heat the broth in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Carefully add the potstickers to the simmering broth and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until heated through.
- Divide the soup into bowls, garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro, and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of chili oil.
