- 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Best served with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
