- 2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Grill until cooked through and slice thinly.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise or Greek yogurt with a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Spread the sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Add shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top of the tortillas.
- Roll up tightly to form wraps and cut in half diagonally.

- You can add your favorite cheese or herbs for extra flavor.
- This recipe works well with leftover grilled chicken.
