Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in black beans and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Serve the sausage and bean mixture over cooked rice, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
