Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- During the last minute, spoon salsa verde over each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle shredded pepper jack cheese on top and close lid until cheese melts.
- Remove from grill, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
