Instructions

- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bites.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
