- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for gravy thickening)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Optional: To thicken gravy, transfer liquid to a saucepan, bring to a boil, and stir in cornstarch mixed with water. Cook until thickened, then pour over meatballs before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped garlic or herbs to the meat mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta for a complete meal.
