Instructions
- Cook sausages until browned and fully cooked, then let cool slightly and cut into small pieces.
- Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin, then place sausage pieces on each slice and roll tightly to form a log.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, coating evenly.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar.
