Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Add wine or water gradually, mixing until dough forms.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut into 2-inch squares and place on prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
- Fill cooled squares with ricotta mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over the filled squares. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
